When you WhatsApp or email us, we receive what you send: usually your name, your company and what you need. When you book the studio you enter your details at Cal.com, which handles the booking and the payment through Stripe under its own privacy policy.
To reply to you, make a proposal, and plan and deliver a booked project or studio session. To invoice you, which the law requires us to keep for seven years. We do not sell your data and we do not send newsletters you did not ask for.
This website sets no tracking cookies of its own and uses no analytics. Fonts load from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address for that request. Netlify, our hosting provider, keeps standard server logs. Links to WhatsApp, Instagram, YouTube and Cal.com take you to those services, and their own privacy policies apply there. If we add measurement tools such as a Meta pixel later, we will ask your consent first and update this page.
You can ask what we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, or object to its use. Email info@we-launch.online. You can also file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
Work we deliver may be shown on this website and our social channels as portfolio, unless agreed otherwise in the proposal.
