About
Started with
one camera.
Dishandro Moeslikan started Launch at 17, with one camera and a lot of nights in Amsterdam clubs. Born in Rotterdam, raised on Sint Maarten, back in Rotterdam.
A year in-house at AIR Amsterdam taught him the only thing that counts: content has to fill the room.
He still shoots. He just no longer does it alone.

How we work
Three rules, every project.
01
Every video has a job.
Sell, prove or move someone. Otherwise we don’t make it.
02
Speed is the standard.
Next-day multicam delivery works because the process is written down.
03
Small team, short lines.
You talk to the people who make the work.
Straight answers
What you’re wondering.
“Who will I work with?”
A small team: the people who shoot and edit your work. You talk to them directly.
“Are you a big agency?”
Small on purpose. That’s why we move fast.
“Where are you based?”
Rotterdam, with our own studio. We shoot across the Netherlands and abroad.
